For each channel, the slider in the bottom left sends out CC1, the slider in the bottom right sends out CC2 and the slider in the top left sends out CC3.
The slider in the top right sets the velocity value with which Midi notes are triggered.

Currently selected Midi channel for Master section: - enter a number (1-16) to select a different Midi channel:

The sliders in the master section send out CC 1 to 14 from left to right and top to bottom. The last slider (bottom right) sets the master pitch bend value for all channels.
You can use this to transpose the entire instrument on the fly: adjust the pitch bend range on your synthesizer(s) to set the desired transpose range.

Use this button to switch between standard and custom Midi tuning. Standard can be used with any Midi instrument.
Custom has the advantage that you can play identical notes polyphonically, but requires a special tuning file
and a synthesizer that has microtonal capabilities. Tuning files and additional information can be found on this page.
